1. Items can be returned as delivered, simply contact us and describe the problem (with pictures) or reason for return along with your order number.
2. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
3. We are responsible for the following: tags, broken zipper, rip or tear, poor quality material, obvious color difference, and major difference between the item photographed and the item received. Please be assured that we accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.
4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (the item is not defective), please contact us to arrange a return, you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number clearly written on the outside of the package.
6. We will process the exchange or refund as soon as we receive the item(s) at our international returns facility.
